Please Volunteer today:
AVAILABLE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:
SET UP: 1 hr before event:
Set up tables/ chairs
Canopy set up -2
Cover, Place centerpieces on tables
Prep non-alcoholic drink station
Prep beer steins display
Hang signs/banners/ lighting
Work at check in station (1hr rotate out)
BE AT THE END for breakdown:
Clear off tables – multiple people needed
Trash consolidation remove to dumpster
Take down tables/chairs load up to return
Check in station packed up
Canopy breakdown
Non-alcohol drink station packed up
Cleaning Crew: Need people willing to sweep, wash down kitchenette area; Remove trash from bathrooms, address any remaining HUT clean
instructions. All hands on deck, will be there to make sure we didn’t miss anything.
