I have been approached by someone looking to open a small art cinema in Fair Oaks. They are looking for a ground level space, less than 1000 sq ft, with 10+ foot high ceilings.

FOCAP is a monthly meeting of local nonprofits and political leaders. The attached documents are from the March 2026 meeting.
Today I had a great conversation with Jason, one of the owners of Old Soul Co here in Fair Oaks—and there’s real potential for collaboration with FOVEC.
They’ve offered to:
• Host a future FOVEC gathering or social
• Provide discounted food & beverages for our group
• Feature local artists on a rotating “art wall” (every couple of months)
We also started brainstorming ideas they’ve successfully done at other locations that could work in the Village, like:
