I have had a few staff members out so I having been having to deal with various issues this week. I have asked staff to look further into this to help confirm the parking situation. I will follow up with you soon, once I have more information. Thanks, Lupe From: Leon Corcos <leon@corcosinc.com> Sent: Tuesday, October 18, 2022 6:54 AM To: Rodriguez. Vanessa <McCarthy-OlmsteadV@saccounty.gov> Subject: THIRD ATTEMPT- FAIR OAKS PARKING OWNERSHiP It doesn’t seem like you are responding to this issue. So I am once again contacting you in hopes of getting some insight prior to my meeting with Supervisor Desmond. This is my third email on this subject; so i won’t be redundant in details. Here are some additional photos that should point out the severity of the situation. Again, since the DOT required a right of way permit for the O Cafe parklet, it seems clear that the parking spaces are owned by the County, otherwise you’d have no jurisdiction over private property. BTW, the O Cafe Parklet appears to be build over an ADA parking space. See photo . I have tenants that have reserved spaces in front of my property, as I was told by previous owner they were on my property. I’d like to know the truth as well. If it is incorrect, that it is County land, that will be corrected in a timely manner. If there is another Department or person I should be additionally discussing this with, please let my know. Respectfully,

LEON CORCOS
