Meet Vanessa Elmas

Hi, I am Vanessa Elmas, the publisher of Fair Oaks Living. I am super-excited about the successful launch of Fair Oaks Living. It is a positive, community magazine that is all for, by, and about Fair Oaks.

Every month we highlight local residents and community-related content. We pride ourselves on quality, positive stories and are nicknamed the "Facebook of print." We feature a local family or business on the cover and include pictures of kids and pets, community events, real estate listings, and more. We have an open rate of 89%, and because of the awesome community-focused content, it's read cover to cover. We are all about bringing neighbors and local businesses together, connecting the community.
