Safer Halloween Oct 28th
The Fair Oaks Rotary Club will once again be partnering with local businesses to offer Safer Halloween from 11:00 to 1:00 on Friday October 28th in Old Fair Oaks Village.
Candy will be given out with participating merchants and free children's books will also be available.
