Dia De Los Muertos
I have been talking to Justina at Wild Runners about them using the parking lot for their Day of the Dead event. We also talked about partnering with them to put on events. If we take the lead on road closure permits, and they staff the parking lot for the event, it could be a win-win for us. What do you think?

What other responsibilities will FOVEC have for the event (if any)
Does FOVEC need to be the Sponsor to get the permit, if so, does that open us up to liability?
