Fair Oaks & Orangevale HART
HART is a coalition of faith communities, non-profits, businesses, agencies, and individuals, who are committed to finding solutions to homelessness in our local communities.
In unincorporated communities like Fair Oaks, resources are almost completely absent. Orangevale/Fair Oaks HART in the process of organizing to addresses this by developing programs that will help homeless men, women, and children.
