Is the Village Park renovation in trouble?
Last year the American River Messenger ran a story about Measure J that highlighted the need to minimize disruptions to the village during construction. It also quotes October 8, 2020, as the planned start of construction.
I'm concerned by the delays and what seems to be an inability to define a realistic plan for when the construction will start or end. What do you think?
