When Halloween is here, the monsters appear, and the candies disappear! Our thanks and congratulations to the Fair Oaks Rotary on hosting another Safe(r) Halloween, Wild Runner's on hosting their first Day of the Dead 5K, and the Park District and Chamber holding another Scarecrow contest in the Village this month! Our Village is better and everyone's load is lighter when we all work together!
